Narrative Strategy — Web3, AI, and Frontier Tech

Most companies don't have a distribution problem.

They have a story problem.

Sevenfold builds the narrative foundation before execution begins and then stays on to make sure it reaches the right people.

PERSPECTIVE

The sequence
is wrong.

Most Web3 and AI teams start executing before the story is ready. They hire PR firms, content agencies, growth teams — and then wonder why nothing compounds.

It’s not an execution problem. It’s a sequencing problem.

Amplification multiplies what exists. Sharp positioning becomes leverage, while weak positioning becomes a liability.

Hiring agencies won’t fix this. PR firms pitch what you give them. Content agencies write what you approve. None of them will tell you the story is broken — because fixing it threatens the retainer.

We fix the story before execution makes it expensive to fix.

FOUNDERS

Built by operators.

Nancy Li and Hector Espinoza co-founded Multiplied in 2016 — one of the first agencies built specifically for Web3. They grew it into the firm behind Solana, Synthetix, Binance, Immutable, and Unstoppable Domains, and were recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 for marketing and advertising.

After selling Multiplied in 2020, they didn’t stop. They quietly continued working with a select number of Web3 and AI companies — not as agency principals, but as operators embedded directly inside founding teams. What they kept seeing was the same problem: companies scaling execution before the story was ready.

Sevenfold is what they built to fix that. Every engagement is led by Nancy and Hector directly. No handoffs.

We’ve been in this market since 2013. We’ve seen what happens when the narrative is right. We’ve also seen what it costs when it isn’t.

HOW WE OPERATE

Non-negotiables.

01

Narrative before execution

Every engagement starts with the story — not tactics. We find the real constraint before GTM.

02

Founders stay in the room

Nancy and Hector are directly involved from day one through execution. No junior handoffs.

03

Directness over theater

We take a prescriptive approach to narrative work and will always tell it how it is.

THE WORK

Proof over promises.

SYNTHETIX

$30M raised. Cap hit in 90 minutes.

Needed a go-to-market narrative and PR strategy built in days, not months. Then needed full-blown growth marketing and PR execution.

Became Australia’s largest blockchain TGE at the time. Hit all-time Telegram group limits, twice. Community of 250K+ built from zero.

Veda

$700K to $3B TVL.

Strong team and tech, but needed a strong narrative that also informed company direction. Needed help navigating B2B growth and leveraging partners to grow users, while launching the B2C product.

Narrative strategy and growth execution that repositioned Veda against category incumbents and drove sustained TVL growth.

CHAKRA

Positioning that became the product.

Needed a GTM narrative and continuous marketing execution to drive users. Also needed end-to-end execution launching an ecosystem project.

Full brand messaging architecture and marketing execution. Built their community to 150K+ users and over 10K+ signups for their ecosystem project.

CAPABILITIES

Where Sevenfold
creates leverage.

Narrative Design & Positioning

First step of any engagement: we build the foundation — the story that holds under pressure, aligns your team, and gives every execution dollar a multiplier.

Go-To-Market & Ecosystem Growth

We design and execute launches built around the narrative, not alongside it. Developers, partners, and communities move when the story is right.

PR & Earned Media

We secure top-tier media like CoinDesk, TechCrunch, Bloomberg, and Fortune. We know which journalists care about what — we pitch angles, not press releases.

Content Engineering & Distribution

Content without a clear narrative is noise. We build content flywheels that reinforce the same story across every channel, at every stage of the funnel.

Growth Marketing

Attention without conversion is vanity. We design growth systems that turn narrative momentum into measurable pipeline and compounding authority.

RevOps & Analytics

We align marketing infrastructure with revenue systems so you can see what’s working, what isn’t, and where the next dollar should go.

Who we work with

Built for founders
who are done
guessing.

Seed to Series B Web3 and AI founders building in categories the market hasn’t named yet — where clarity is the difference between adoption and obscurity.

You're pre-scale

The story needs to be right before you build the team around it.

The story isn't landing

Investors ask the same clarifying questions. PR isn’t converting. The market isn’t responding.

You want operators, not account managers

You’ve been handed off before. You want the people who built the strategy to execute it.

You're building in a category that doesn't exist yet

No established playbook. The narrative determines who wins.

How we work

Authority is built.
Not bought.

Every engagement starts with a conversation. We don’t prescribe before we diagnose. Some companies need a full narrative foundation, while others need sharpening. The shape of the work depends on where you are.

01

Diagnose

We assess what the market is hearing, what story is missing, and where the real constraint lives.

02

Position

We build the narrative foundation — category frame, differentiation, and the single story everything else flows from.

03

Execute

PR, content, social, and growth — all running from the same story, building compounding authority instead of one-off activity.

04

Adapt

We track what the market reflects back and refine accordingly. Narrative is a living thing.

What Agencies Won’t Say
